Order Tracking

Once your dress is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Because many of our dresses are made-to-order, tracking will be provided after production is completed.

How to order a costume?

Please carefully follow our size chart when placing your order, as our dresses are made according to the listed measurements and the size chart is true to size. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we strongly recommend choosing the larger size for a better fit. What happens after I place my order?
If your order does not match your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order number. KittyCos carefully checks every item before shipping, but if there is a sizing issue, missing item, damage, or a production mistake, our support team will review it and work on the best solution for you. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we are always here to help resolve any concerns quickly.
What if my costume doesn’t match my expectations?

If your costume doesn’t match your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. KittyCos carefully manages production, fulfillment, and quality inspection to ensure accuracy, but if there is a sizing problem, missing item, damage, or production issue, our support team will review it and provide the best possible solution. While these situations are rare, we take every concern seriously and are always here to help.

I received my order after a refund — what should I do?

If you received your order after a refund was already issued, please contact our support team as soon as possible. In rare cases, shipping delays or carrier updates may cause a package to arrive after the refund has already been processed. We will review the order and guide you on the next steps, which may include returning the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs. As a thank you for your honesty and cooperation, we will also provide an extra 50% discount on any future order with KittyCos. We appreciate your trust and will always work to resolve situations fairly.

What if my package is held by customs?

All customs duties and taxes are covered by us. If your package is held, simply contact us and we will handle the situation and assist with release as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my dress?

If your order is in stock, we usually ship within 24 hours. If the item requires preparation or is not immediately in stock, processing usually takes around 2–5 business days. After shipment, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your destination country, local customs, and carrier handling times. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor your package. We also offer expedited shipping options if you need your order sooner—you can upgrade your shipping at checkout or contact us through Instagram @kittycos.official or email for available express shipping options.

Order Cancellation

Orders can usually be canceled before shipping, typically within 24 hours after purchase. If more than 24 hours have passed, please still contact us as soon as possible—since KittyCos manages production and fulfillment directly, we will do our best to assist. However, once the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, cancellation is usually no longer possible. In that case, we can also guide you through the return process if needed. Please still reach out to us, and our team will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Can I change my order or measurements?

Yes, changes are possible within 48 hours after placing your order.
